Let’s All Play is pleased to announce that Mayor Ken Boshcoff has joined the Play It Forward campaign as a matching donor, further strengthening the community’s efforts to support the development of a new multi-use indoor turf facility.
Mayor Boshcoff is personally contributing up to $10,000 as part of the matching donation campaign. The next $10,000 raised by the community will be matched, dollar for dollar, effectively doubling the total contribution.
“I’m proud to support Let’s All Play’s Play It Forward campaign and the vision for an Indoor Turf Facility in our community,” said Mayor Ken Boshcoff. “I encourage everyone in the community to get involved, support the campaign, and be part of making this happen.”
The Play It Forward campaign, launched earlier this year, is a community-led initiative driven by four founding sports groups – soccer, ultimate frisbee, football, and cricket – working together to raise funds for a new indoor facility. The space is intended to support a wide range of sports and recreational activities and provide year-round access for people of all ages.
Let’s All Play is leading multiple fundraising initiatives, including the Play It Forward campaign, as part of its broader commitment to raising $1M for the new indoor turf facility.
This matching opportunity is expected to encourage increased participation from individuals, teams, and local businesses by doubling the value of every contribution until the full $10,000 is matched.
Community members are encouraged to take advantage of the matching opportunity and contribute while funds are being matched.
